We haven't had this model for about 4 years and I am glad she is back.   The light was focused on her upper chest so her head was in shadow, taking the focus off her face.

"Dressed in Pink" 14in x 18in oil on linen

This is a painting I started last Friday and finished today.   I worked on keeping the outer edges soft and detail on the focal point.   It is really hard to keep from overworking the painting.   I had to not be too quick to put the brush work on.
