Awake and asleep 11"x14" oil

We had planned for just Jen posing but that soft cushy dress was just too tempting for Whirly Girl.  She thought it was great fun and stared out at us as if she were smirking.

London skyline 11" x 14" oil

London, England is where this building resides and I have no idea where is is.   I saw it on the double decker bus tour that we took while there in July.   I love the reflections of the sky in the windows.  This is larger than I normally work but I thought it commanded a larger format.

1940 Chevrolet 6" x 8" oil

I love the way the front of cars make a face and these old ones always seem to have happy round cheeks.   This car had a mesh bug scene in front of the mouth or rather the grill.   I guess it does not like bugs in it's teeth.

1936 Divco 6" x 8" oil

This is such a wonderful little sedan delivery from 1936.   I heard that it was as a milk truck.   I saw it at the Street Rod Nationals that is held here in Kentucky every year.   I love this little truck, it sort of looks like a cartoon, and I can see it now in a Pixar film.
