This pastel was done in one three hour sitting. Have you ever had days where it all works out right? Well, this was one of those times. I did this piece about 5 years ago and it is one of my favorites. I've been at attempting to get dog portrait commissions at the Bluegrass Classic dog show in Lexington Ky for about 3 days now and I have one more day to go. The weather was great today about 75, sunny and low humidity.
