Coffee and polka dots 6"x6" oil

First came the polka dot paper then the white pot then it needed something dark like black coffee.   Now that I look at it there everything on it is circles!   Could have called it Painting in circles.

The better to see you my dear 6"x6" oil

Painted this on Tuesday and I totally forgot to post!   The shadows were varied from a warm grey to a cool grey but grey... dull grey.  I could paint it accurately with the right color value which would be a more academic traditional way but I chose to add color to make it more fun and visually interesting.
