One for tea 6"x6" oil

I struggle to keep it from being perfect and nit-picky.  My favorite parts on this set up are the reflected lights in the shadows.   To me the discovery of painting wet into wet and being able to manipulate the paint and edges is what it is about.   At least this is where I am at in my art path.

Love the red teapot! You have really captured the light and form beautifully!

This is great! I love the range of textures you've got in there - the teapot is SO shiny, and the teabag is so soft.

The edges - that's something I struggle with. Everything I paint has a defined, clear edge. :( But I'm making some progress with that - a portrait of my cat for the Make it Move DPW challenge, and I forced myself to paint some soft edges and some ragged ones. It came out great.

I always enjoy seeing your work!
