The conspiracy 5"x7" oil on gessobord

Sold
I have been feeling that it is time to move on from the marble series.   I got these cherries last Saturday at the Grocery and the bag says they are from Chile.   I have eaten some of them and they are pretty tasteless so I plan on using them for painting.

This painting has an elegance to it. Your drapery is so believable. Very nice.

Claudia your fabric and all its folds and shadows are spot on every time...just beautiful.
My blueberries from Chile are tasteless too!

You are wonderful with drapery. I love the light shining through.

Hi Claudia, This painting makes me think of your tart cherry tree. Yum! Yes, 90%of cherries imported to this country come from Chile. The short growing season is coming to an end or has ended. But they are great for painting.
Did you see Carol Marine's painting challenge??

I love your pretty grays and warm reflected light in the shadows!
