It is so good to be back in the studio painting my daily ones! After I came home from teaching and had lunch, I procrastinated (this is one of my skills) by cleaning and reading an art magazine but around 2:30 I decided to jump in and JUST DO THE WORK! I was a bit nervous about what was going to come off my brushes so I decided to paint a subject that excites me.
My booth at the Kentuckiana Cluster Dog Show went well and I got a number of commissions for dog portraits.
