I got this beautiful bowl so I could use it in my daily paintings. I love the black outside with the green inside. A Friend gave me a Gift basket with all this delicious fruit in it so I thought I would paint some of them. I'm trying out some new brushes and trying to get used to them. It is amazing what a difference it makes to change one little thing. I'm not sure if I like them or not.

Your painting of this new amazing bowl is beautiful. The composition is really interesting, as usual. What new type of brushes are you experimenting with? I have wondered what type of brushes you use, and enjoy seeing your "marks" even when the value/hue changes are very subtle.
