Eel is delicious! For all you who don't eat sushi, the eel is cooked and the outside of this roll is a wrapping made of seaweed which really does not have any flavor to speak of it just holds it all together. Yum!

Your sushi paintings are wonderful! I love sushi but I don't know about the one with eel, though you made it look very delicious!
